China Railway 18 Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise building projects and proficiency in modern drafting technologies.

✔Key Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Civil Draftsman

Proven experience working on high-rise building projects

Strong expertise in 2D drafting and 3D modeling

Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software

Ability to interpret and develop detailed construction drawings

Good understanding of construction standards and practices

✔Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for high-rise projects

Develop 3D models and BIM documentation

Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy

Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
