Role & Responsibility

• Supervision of Quality Control for HVAC activity.

• Managing for Inspection of HVAC activity.

• Handling inspection activities with client.

• Preparation and Reviewing ITP, MS & Project Specification of HVAC Work.

• Preparation of QC documents & Auditing records.

• Maintaining all product and Inspection instrument calibration or expiry dates etc.

• Maintaining Daily Record for all kind of inspection and reporting to Qualtiy Manager.

• Reviewing MC dossier and submitting to client for final review and approval.

• Getting done all Quality document handover done from subcontractor.

Requirement Qualification

Major / Degree

High School/University/Diploma

Expertise / Skill

Direct HVAC work experience and demonstrated thorough knowledge of recognized codes such as the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) codes Uniform Mechanical Code, ASME 31.9, NFPA 90A, ASHRAE Handbooks and/or equivalent standards.

Experience

HVAC QCS shall have a university degree and a total of seven (7) years of experience in inspection, or a high school diploma with a total of ten (10) years of experience in inspection. As minimum, the candidate shall have three (3) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).

Language

Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.

Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures

With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR compliance with Contract requirements.

URGENT HIRING – QC COATING SUPERVISOR

Jafurah SACE-2 Project

We are strengthening its Quality Team for the Jafurah SACE-2 assignment. We are seeking ARAMCO-experienced QC Coating Inspectors with strong expertise in both cryogenic and thermal coating systems.

POSITION DETAILS

Role: QC Coating Inspector

Specialization: Cryogenic & Thermal Coating Systems

Vacancies: 3 Nos

Experience: Saudi Aramco Project Experience Required

Work Duration: One year and above

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Control Supervisor: The candidate shall have a university degree and a total of seven (7) years of experience in inspection, or a high school diploma with a total of ten (10) years of experience in inspection. As minimum, the candidate shall have three (3) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification

University Degree with 7 years and High School/Diploma 10 Years Experience & BGAS Grade 2 Certification

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Thorough working knowledge of critical coating applications.

• Strong understanding of coating inspection methods, environmental controls, and industry standards.

• Familiarity with recognized international standards and specifications SCHEDULE Q – ATTACHMENT I Para 3.3.

• Ability to perform inspection tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

COATING QCS shall have a university degree and a total of seven (7) years of experience in inspection, or a high school diploma with a total of ten (10) years of experience in inspection. As minimum, the candidate shall have three (3) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Full-time work required as per SCHEDULE Q Attachment 1 Para 3.2
