Khawas Al Halool Company is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / QS

Requirements:

1-Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or relevant technical field

2-Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an Aluminum Draftsman in construction or contracting projects

3-Strong experience in aluminum works, including doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, shopfronts, louvers, handrails, cladding, skylights, and related aluminum systems

4-Good knowledge of aluminum profiles, sections, accessories, glass, hardware, fabrication details, and installation requirements

5-Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

6-Strong experience in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and material take-off

6-Good knowledge of site measurements and coordination with site teams

7-Proficiency in AutoCAD is required

8-Good knowledge of MS Excel is preferred

9-Ability to coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, clients, factory team, and site installation team

Responsibilities:

1-Prepare aluminum shop drawings based on architectural and project drawings

2-Prepare detailed drawings for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, cladding, louvers, skylights, and other aluminum works

3-Prepare fabrication drawings, cutting lists, material take-off, and glass sizes

4-Review project drawings and specifications for aluminum work requirements

5-Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets

6-Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, factory team, and installation team

7-Prepare as-built drawings and revised drawings as per site conditions

8-Ensure drawings are accurate and suitable for fabrication and installation

9-Support the procurement team with aluminum profile, glass, hardware, and accessory quantity details

10-Maintain proper records of approved drawings, revisions, measurements, and project documents
