– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

– Experience exclusively in building construction projects.

– Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

– Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and site execution.

– Familiarity with Saudi standards, regulations, and local market conditions.

– Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

– Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications.

– Ability to prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients effectively.

– Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.

– Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

– Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.

– Experience in contract administration and project documentation.

– Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

– Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
