Istiqdam Manager Responsibilities : (B2B + B2C)
1. Domestic Worker Recruitment Company
Job Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment of domestic workers including housemaids, drivers, nannies, cooks, and caregivers.
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
• Handle Musaned platform operations and documentation.
• Process visas, contracts, medical reports, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi domestic labor regulations.
• Communicate with family clients regarding recruitment requirements and worker replacement requests.
• Resolve client and worker complaints professionally.
• Monitor domestic worker arrivals, onboarding, and accommodation arrangements.
• Maintain records of contracts, passports, iqamas, and legal documents.
• Supervise customer service and recruitment staff.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in domestic worker recruitment companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of Musaned procedures and domestic labor laws.
• Strong customer handling and conflict-resolution skills.
2: Manpower Supply Company
### Job Responsibilities
• Manage large-scale manpower recruitment operations for companies and projects.
• Recruit laborers, technicians, engineers, drivers, cleaners, security staff, and skilled workers.
• Coordinate overseas hiring with international recruitment agencies.
• Handle work visas, iqama processing, employee mobilization, and deployment.
• Manage Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and other government portals.
• Coordinate with corporate clients regarding workforce requirements and project staffing.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies.
• Supervise recruitment officers, HR coordinators, and operations staff.
• Prepare manpower reports, staffing plans, and recruitment forecasts.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and contract renewals.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in manpower supply or outsourcing companies.
• Knowledge of project staffing and workforce management.
• Strong operational and client management skills.
