# We Are Hiring – HR Support Assistant

TMS Group is looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented **HR Support Assistant** to support daily human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage HR documentation and employee coordination efficiently.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assist in daily HR and administrative operations

* Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases

* Support recruitment processes including CV screening and interview scheduling

* Prepare employment documents, contracts, letters, and reports

* Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees

* Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation

* Assist with payroll coordination and HR-related reporting

* Handle employee inquiries professionally and confidentially

* Coordinate with government portals and documentation processes when required

* Support office management and internal communication activities

## Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

* Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations is an advantage

* Professional appearance and positive attitude

* Arabic and English communication skills preferred
