???? Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production and fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with design, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained.
• Manage manpower, materials, and machine utilization effectively.
• Inspect finished products before delivery and installation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain production reports and inventory records.
???? Requirements:
• Proven experience in signage fabrication and digital signage production.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication materials, LED signage, acrylic, metal works, and printing processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
???? Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or related field.
• Experience with CNC, laser cutting, welding, and signage installation processes is an advantage.
