Requirements:
1-Minimum 3–7 years of experience in construction/contracting field
2-Experience in tendering, estimation and pricing
3-Ability to review tender documents, drawings and specifications
4-Experience in BOQ checking, cost estimation and commercial proposal preparation
5-Good knowledge of MS Excel
6-Knowledge of civil, architectural, MEP or infrastructure works will be an advantage
7-Saudi/GCC experience preferred
Responsibilities:
1-Review tender documents, drawings and specifications
2-Prepare cost estimates and pricing sheets
3-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
4-Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions
5-Analyze project requirements and tender risks
6Coordinate with management for final tender pricing.
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
