Job Overview

Role: Develop estimates based on drawings and client requirements.

Location: Office-based with site visits as required.

Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and detailed price estimates.

Liaise with clients, architects, and production teams for approvals.

Conduct site visits and study consultant drawings for scope of work.

Coordinate with purchase and production for material specifications.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Management.

Experience: 2–3 years in wooden products manufacturing or related industry.

Skills: Strong estimation, AutoCAD, and MS Office proficiency.

Language: Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: BD 500 – BD 600.

Housing: BHD 100 per month.

Contract: 2-year duration.

Leave: 30 days paid annual leave.
