Position Overview

IC Pizza is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Junior Pizza Cook. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who wish to master the technical aspects of artisanal pizza production. The selected candidate will receive direct, hands-on training in specialized dough science and high-temperature baking. No prior culinary experience is required.

Primary Responsibilities

Dough Production: Assist in the daily technical preparation of signature 48–72 hour cold-fermented dough.

Assisting with Prep Work: Operate vegetable cutting machinery and assist with the daily preparation of fresh ingredients to ensure consistent quality.

Pizza Assembly: Execute the hand-stretching, topping, and assembly of pizzas according to strict brand specifications.

Oven Operations: Monitor and manage the baking process within high-temperature ovens (400°C) to ensure product consistency.

Kitchen Maintenance: Adhere to rigorous health and safety standards by maintaining a sterilized and organized workspace at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Location: Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Hidd, Galali, or Muharraq.

Attributes: Strong punctuality, the ability to follow precise technical instructions, and high mental focus during peak operational hours.

Physical Stamina: Capacity to perform effectively during 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Language: Basic proficiency in English is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: BHD 200 per month.

Housing Allowance: An additional BHD 40 per month will be provided until company-managed housing is established.

Shift Structure: 6 days per week, 10-hour shifts. Overtime will be provided as per operational requirements.

Performance Review: A formal salary revision and increase will be conducted after a 3-month probationary period, contingent upon satisfactory performance and technical proficiency.
