A Kenyan nurse is required to care for a bedridden patient.
Patient details:
The patient is 65 years old and suffers from multiple system atrophy. He has a tracheostomy, a feeding tube (PEG), and a urinary catheter.
He requires continuous monitoring and full care, including suctioning of secretions as needed (more frequent when his condition worsens).
