Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the on-site installation of steel structures, including heavy lifting and main structure erection.

Oversee the assembly and installation of cladding systems, including roof and wall panels.

Lead and coordinate a team of workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Plan and prioritize daily activities to meet project deadlines.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Monitor the use of equipment, tools, and materials on-site to prevent delays and waste.

Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and provide practical solutions.

Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.

Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman in steel structure installation projects, with expertise in both main structure erection (e.g., columns, beams, and trusses) and cladding system assembly.

In-depth knowledge of steel construction techniques, equipment, and tools.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of health and safety practices in industrial construction.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to local working conditions.
