Job Description:

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, and civil works.

Supports tendering activities and ensures competitive and technically sound project bids.

Strong experience in roads, highways, bridges, or utility projects preferred.

Study project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects

Analyze quantities, materials, labor, and equipment costs

Review tender documents and identify project scope and risks

Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams

Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids

Value engineering and cost optimization of proposals

Maintain estimation data, cost history, and benchmarking

Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards

Strong knowledge of estimation techniques and BOQ preparation

Familiarity with EPC/Infrastructure project requirements

Should have experience in ARAMCO projects with transferable IQAMA.
