• Telebu Communications (formerly SMS Country) – A reputed company in KSA is seeking a Sales Administrator. We are a well-established communications company with presence across GCC. The position is open for Saudi Arabia.
Job Description:
• Have business development skills and generate leads.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Customer service, manage customer accounts and business management skills.
• The ability to use your initiative and to sell products and services.
• Tracking sales leads and coordinating quotes with sales team members.
Required Skills:
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• The ability to work well with others.
• To support sales team and coordinate sales-related activities.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with 2+ years of relevant work experience
- good at sales, marketing and lead generation
- should be well versed with Arabic and English (Verbal & Written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be a Saudi National
- Valid driving license in KSA
