Maintenance Coordinator – 01 Vacancy:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Operations & Maintenance

• Knowledge of CMMS / CAFM systems (SAP or Maximo) is a major advantage

• Pleasing and confident personality

• Bilingual (English & Arabic) is a major advantage

• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and tasks

• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Maximum age: 40 years

BMS Operator – 01 Vacancy:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building operation & maintenance (relevant to to the position applied)

• Pleasing/ Confident Personality

• Literate English & Basic Arabic

• Ability to read and understand as-built layouts (MEP Systems)

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and tasks

• Local Transfer with short Notice Period is Preferred.
