Role Purpose:

To drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new project and service opportunities within the MEP sector. The role focuses on generating leads, building strong client relationships, expanding the company’s market presence, and achieving sales and revenue targets across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Tasks, Duties & Accountabilities :

Develop and implement business development strategies focused on MEP project sales and maintenance services

Identify and generate new business opportunities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects and AMC contracts

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, and lead generation activities

Identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful business opportunities

Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets

Develop and maintain strong relationships with:

Consultants

Main Contractors

MEP Contractors

Developers and Facility Management Companies

Conduct regular client meetings, market visits, and site visits to identify potential business opportunities

Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams for proposal submissions and project follow-ups

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations to clients

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects within the MEP industry

Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities

Maintain updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

3 to 9 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)

Proven experience in Business Development within the MEP contracting industry

Strong exposure to project sales, AMC services, and contracting environment

Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders in KSA market
