Sales Manager – Aluminum Doors, Windows & Facade Systems

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager specializing in aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and facade systems to lead business development and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the construction industry, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record in project sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Generate new business opportunities in aluminum doors, windows, and facade projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.

Follow up on tenders, quotations, and project negotiations.

Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

5+ years of experience in aluminum doors, windows, curtain wall, or facade industry.

Strong network within construction and real estate sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to read architectural drawings is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

Technical understanding of aluminum systems and facade solutions.

Experience handling large commercial and residential projects.

Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
