Job Title: Modern Trade Sales Manager (FMCG)
We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG to lead key account relationships and drive sales growth across major retail chains.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop modern trade accounts (hypermarkets, supermarkets, key retailers)
– Achieve sales targets and expand market share
– Negotiate trade agreements, promotions, and shelf visibility
– Analyse sales performance and implement growth strategies
– Lead and coordinate with merchandising and sales teams
Requirements:
– Proven experience in FMCG modern trade sales
– Strong negotiation and account management skills
– Data-driven with solid analytical ability
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
