China Railway 18 Bureau Group is seeking a highly experienced Technical Civil Engineer to join our team for prestigious high-rise hotel construction projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil engineering

• Proven experience in high-rise building construction (mandatory)

• Direct involvement in 4-star and 5-star hotel projects

• Strong technical knowledge in structural works, design review, and site execution

• Ability to manage complex construction challenges and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Important Note:

Candidates without high-rise building experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage technical aspects of high-rise construction projects

• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications

• Ensure compliance with project standards and safety regulations

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Provide technical solutions and support throughout project execution
