Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (Only Male any Nationality)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our business building. The supervisor will ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition while leading and guiding the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

Ensure all offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas are cleaned and maintained properly.

Monitor staff performance and ensure cleaning standards are followed.

Conduct regular inspections of the building to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Manage cleaning schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Report maintenance issues or damages to the management.

Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or facility cleaning.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.

Basic knowledge of reporting systems or work order systems is an advantage.
