We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within strict deadlines and budgets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage civil construction projects, ensuring timely delivery

* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors

* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports

* Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

* Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise

* Oversee procurement and resource allocation

* Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per design

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

* Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/project management

* Proven experience in managing large-scale civil projects

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

* Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards

* PMP certification is a plus

**Preferred Candidate:**

* Experience working in the GCC region

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
