We are urgently hiring a highly experienced Civil Design Manager for a prestigious high-rise building project in Medina.

Engagement Type: Freelance (No transfer)

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil and structural design coordination for high-rise development

Manage design teams, consultants, and engineering disciplines

Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards

Review and approve civil/structural drawings and technical submissions

Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/structural design

Proven experience in at least 2 high-rise projects (G+20 floors or above)

Strong expertise in structural systems and high-rise construction methodologies

Proficiency in design and analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, BIM)

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in 5-star hotel projects is a strong advantage

Candidates with 4-star hotel or villa project experience will also be considered, especially if scope and standards are comparable to 5-star developments
