* Fluent in English and Arabic (both speaking and writing)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Experience in staff training and scheduling
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
