ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Italian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic Italian cuisine of the highest quality, overseeing kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Prepare and present a wide range of authentic Italian dishes with consistency and excellence

– Develop and update menus in line with seasonal ingredients and guest preferences

– Oversee and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations

– Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times

– Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and manage kitchen inventory effectively

– Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver an exceptional overall dining experience

– Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards

REQUIREMENTS:

– Proven experience as an Italian Chef, preferably in a reputable restaurant or hotel

– Deep knowledge and expertise in authentic Italian cuisine, recipes, and cooking techniques

– Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred

– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

– Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

– Passion for food quality, creativity, and continuous culinary innovation

– Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards
