About the Opportunity

A leading EPC player supporting strategic Oil & Gas projects in the Kingdom is looking for a Technical Clerk to support Fleet & Yard Operations. This role is ideal for candidates currently in KSA with hands‑on experience in documentation, reporting, and technical administration within fabrication yards or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day functioning of the Technical Department as guided by the Supervisor

Prepare, monitor, control, and file all department documents

Maintain a structured documentation program with proper tracking systems

Prepare internal memos and departmental communication

Create, categorize, and maintain vendor data as per division activities

Gather data, compile information, and prepare technical reports & presentations

Support fleet‑related documentation and coordination activities

Handle filing, documentation, and administrative tasks with accuracy

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a technical qualification

3–5 years of experience in a similar Technical Clerk / Documentation role

Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher

Experience with SAP, IMS, email systems, multimedia tools, and online research

Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking

Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized
