Job Description:

China Railway 18 is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Draftsman to join our team for prestigious high-rise and luxury hotel projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in electrical drafting for complex building structures, particularly in 4- and 5-star hotel developments.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman

• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects

• Proven experience working on 4-star and 5-star hotel projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, layouts, and coordination

• Proficiency in relevant drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately

Important Note:

Candidates without high-rise and hotel project experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise electrical shop drawings and as-built drawings

• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

• Assist in resolving design and site-related issues
