The ideal candidate will actively engage with schools, educational agencies, and student communities to establish strategic partnerships and expand our student ambassador ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Data Acquisition & Lead Generation

Source and collect high-quality databases of students who have completed Grade 12

Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of student data

Institutional Partnerships

Visit schools, coaching centers, and educational agencies

Establish data-sharing and collaboration agreements

Build long-term institutional relationships

Identify motivated and influential students

Onboard and train Student Ambassadors

Support them in promoting DiMOIS programs effectively

Direct Student Outreach

Conduct awareness sessions and presentations in institutions

Engage students to generate interest in programs

Drive conversions through structured outreach activities

Performance Focus

Achieve monthly targets for data collection and outreach activities

Maintain strong conversion and engagement metrics

Work independently in a field-driven environment

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in educational field sales / institutional marketing / student outreach preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel

Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused

Ability to build trust with schools and student communities
