We are URGENTLY seeking Technical Clerk in RAK YARD for Fleet management.

Ideal candidates available to join immediately & working in similar roles as Technical Clerk.

Requirement:

Min diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific

Technical Qualification or equivalent.

Minimum of 03-05 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in preparing reports and presentations, handling filing and documentation.

Manage day-to-day functioning of Technical Department, as advised by Supervisor

Prepare, monitor, control and file department documents

Manage documentation program, ensuring that a tracking system is in place and maintained

Prepare internal memos as required by the Department Manager

Record and create all vendors data and categorize them as per division activities along with approval of division superior

Proficient in computer applications:(MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher)

System Application and Products (SAP), IMS, email, multimedia, research skills using internet

Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

Well-organized, can handle a variety of assignments, multitasking
