Our Company Smart Generation (الجيل الذكي للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات) looking for an experienced OSP Field Supervisor to manage and supervise outside plant telecom activities including fiber optic installation, FTTH projects, and network infrastructure works. The candidate must have strong field experience, preferably with Saudi Telecom Company (STC) or other telecom operators.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all OSP activities (fiber pulling, splicing, trenching, ducting)

Manage site teams and subcontractors

Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers

Monitor daily site progress and submit reports

Ensure quality of fiber splicing and testing (OTDR, power meter)

Handle site issues and ensure timely project completion

Maintain safety standards and compliance on-site

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of FTTH / GPON / Fiber Optic Networks

Experience in OSP installation and maintenance

Ability to read and understand telecom drawings

Hands-on experience in fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and cable routing

Good leadership and team management skills

Ability to communicate in Arabic and English effectively with clients, supervisors, and field teams

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in OSP / telecom field

Experience with STC, Mobily, Zain, or similar telecom projects

Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred

Mandatory Requirements

Valid Iqama (Transferable – Urgent Transfer Required)

Valid Saudi Driving License

Ability to join immediately
