Job Title: Buffet Worker (Fast Food & Fryer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Buffet Worker to handle daily operations in a fast-food buffet environment. The role involves working on fryers, preparing breakfast items, and supporting all kitchen and service tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook food items including fried and fast-food menu items

– Operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

– Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, assembling, etc.)

– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and workstations

– Handle customer orders and ensure timely service

– Monitor stock levels and report shortages

– Follow all food safety and health regulations

– Support team members in all buffet-related tasks as needed

Working Conditions:

– Working Days: 6 days per week

– Working Hours: 12 hours per day

– Overtime: Paid according to company policy

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar buffet or fast-food environment

– Valid Health Certificate

– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
