Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor (Civil & Mechanical – Plant Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can independently handle site activities related to civil and mechanical works, including site assessment and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities including civil and mechanical works.

Handle structural steel works including minor fabrication, erection, and repair.

Oversee mechanical works such as piping, pump maintenance, valve replacement, and equipment alignment.

Manage civil works including concrete repairs, foundations, grouting, and structural modifications.

Conduct site visits and prepare accurate BOQs based on project requirements.

Coordinate MEP-related activities and ensure proper integration with civil and mechanical works.

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools efficiently.

Prepare daily reports, track progress, and manage material usage.

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and permit-to-work systems.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (not at engineer level).

Willing and able to work in remote areas when required.

Strong experience in civil and mechanical works within industrial projects and plants

Ability to prepare BOQs based on site inspections.

Good knowledge of structural, civil, mechanical, and MEP works.

Indian candidates only (South Indians preferred).

Valid KSA driving license is mandatory.

Ability to independently manage site workforce and activities.
