Manpower Coordinator – Al Khobar, KSA

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manpower Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, coordination, and local recruitment to ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower coordination or workforce planning

Experience in manpower allocation, scheduling, and site coordination

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations

Experience in local recruitment within KSA

Experience handling timesheets, attendance, and workforce records

Proficient in MS Office applications

Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in KSA

Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily manpower requirements for projects/sites

Handle local recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and mobilization of candidates within KSA

Allocate workforce based on project needs and schedules

Maintain attendance, timesheets, and manpower records

Liaise with site supervisors and HR team for manpower planning

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
