We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the restaurant department of a prestigious luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
Support and supervise service staff
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with the kitchen and hotel management team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
