Need Civil QC for Precast Experience

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Precast Engineer QC with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Precaste Factory .

Raw Material Inspection
• Cement, aggregates, admixtures, and reinforcement are tested for compliance.
2. Formwork & Mould Check
• Dimensions, cleanliness, and alignment are verified before casting.
3. Concrete Mix Design
• Verified for strength, workability, and durability.
• Slump test and temperature check done before pouring.
4. Casting Process Control
• Vibration, placement, and curing methods are monitored.
• Samples (cubes/cylinders) taken for compressive strength testing.
5. Curing Monitoring
• Temperature and time are logged, especially for steam curing.
6. Dimensional Tolerances
• Final products are measured for dimensional accuracy as per drawing.
7. Surface Quality Inspection
• Checked for honeycombing, cracks, or exposed reinforcement.
8. Load Testing (if required)
• Structural elements may undergo load tests.
9. Documentation & Traceability
• Batch records, test reports, and inspection logs are maintained.
10. Final Approval
