We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Agent Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong booking knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily sales and travel booking operations
• Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package reservations for clients
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Guide clients through travel options and recommend suitable solutions
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth transactions
• Meet sales targets and support the team to achieve monthly goals
