Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting project completion within the scheduled timeframe.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of construction methods and safety practices
• Ability to manage workers and work under pressure
