Accommodation Management

– Handle all accommodation requests for employees and new joiners.

– Manage accommodation service requests including check-in/check-out and assignments.

– Coordinate accommodation maintenance with vendors and building management.

2. Vehicle Fleet Management

– Process vehicle requests for departments and projects.

– Manage service requests and vehicle maintenance.

3. Driver Arrangement & Transportation

– Airport pick-up/drop for employees and guests.

– Deliver and collect important documents.

– Arrange transportation for ID processing and site access.

4. PetroApp (Fuel Management System)

– Manage fuel card applications and allowances.

– Categorize vehicles and submit monthly reports.

5. Ticket Reservation (Backup Support)

– Booking tickets for employees and management via DNATA.

6. Hotel Reservation (Backup Support)

– Arrange hotel bookings for management.

7. Postal & Shipment (Backup Support)

– Prepare AWB for shipments
