We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:

1. Electrician – Cable Laying

Responsibilities:

Install, pull, and lay electrical cables (LV/MV/HV) as per project requirements

Prepare cable routes and perform cable termination and glanding

Read and understand electrical drawings and cable schedules

Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems

Ensure proper safety practices during cable handling and installation

2. Plumber

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems

Fix piping networks, valves, sanitary fixtures, and fittings

Read plumbing drawings and coordinate work with other trades

Perform troubleshooting for leaks, blockages, and pressure issues

Follow safety and quality standards on-site

3. Fire Fighting Technician

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain fire alarm and firefighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, extinguishers, etc.)

Conduct inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance

Respond to fire system faults and perform corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety and civil defense standards

Prepare reports for inspections and maintenance activities

4. Electrician – General

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, panels, and equipment

Perform wiring, conduit installation, and electrical troubleshooting

Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards or defects

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety procedures

Support testing and commissioning activities

5. HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems (split units, package units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs)

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on cooling/heating systems

Conduct routine preventive maintenance

Check system performance, refrigerant levels, and airflow

Ensure all work is done according to safety and manufacturer standards

6. Scaffolder (With TUV Certification)

Responsibilities:

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely

Inspect scaffolding daily to ensure stability and compliance

Read and follow scaffold drawings and site requirements

Ensure proper tagging, bracing, and load capacity adherence

Follow all safety regulations and maintain TUV-certified standards
