Location: Muscat, Oman Employment Type: Part-Time and possibly Full-Time About Us We operate two unique and fast-growing tourism and hospitality experiences in Oman: • A marine tourism company specializing in exceptional boat trips to the Daymaniyat Islands from Al Mouj Marina, offering snorkeling, island visits, and unforgettable marine adventures. • The Farm – A traditional Omani date garden and dining experience, located in a charming Omani village on the outskirts of Muscat, serving authentic local meals in an atmospheric Bedouin-style setting. Our mission is to deliver unforgettable, high-quality experiences to tourists, expats, and locals while showcasing the beauty and culture of Oman. The Role We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strong B2B relationships, and ensure smooth operations across both ventures. This is a high-trust, multi-functional role for someone who can combine sales expertise with hands-on operational oversight when needed. Key Responsibilities • Business Development & Partnerships • Identify, approach, and build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, hotels, corporate clients, and event organizers. • Negotiate partnership agreements and packages to increase bookings for both the Daymaniyat trips and The Farm. • Represent the businesses at tourism events, networking sessions, and meetings. • Sales & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute strategies to increase both B2B and direct customer sales. • Work closely with our digital marketing team to align promotional campaigns with market opportunities. • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met. • Operational Support & Oversight • Oversee quality of guest experiences across both businesses, ensuring service excellence and brand consistency. • Support in managing the sales kiosk at Al Mouj Marina when required. • Liaise with the boat crew, farm staff, and sales kiosk staff to ensure smooth daily operations. • Innovation & Expansion • Develop new tourism and hospitality offerings aligned with our brand. • Proactively identify opportunities to diversify revenue streams. Requirements • Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality/tourism management. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication in English and Arabic (both required). • High integrity and trustworthiness, with a track record of loyalty and professionalism. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to different tasks. • Oman driving license (preferred). • Knowledge of Oman’s tourism and hospitality landscape is an advantage.
