Job description:

Urgently Required: Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager 15 years of experience to lead and oversee major civil engineering projects. This is a senior-level position requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven project management capabilities.

Position: Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Master’s Degree in Project Management / Construction Management (mandatory)

Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale civil engineering or construction projects

Strong understanding of engineering design, project planning, and construction execution

PMP certification is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of civil engineering projects

Prepare, review, and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Ensure all works comply with relevant engineering standards, specifications, and safety requirements

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Monitor daily progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions

Prepare periodic progress reports and present updates to senior management

Manage project risks, cost control, and quality assurance

Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved timelines and budgets

Conduct site inspections and enforce safety procedures and regulations

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Advanced knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
