A reputed construction company in Bahrain is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Rental Coordinator to manage building machinery and equipment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor rental activities for machinery and construction equipment
Prepare quotations, rental agreements, delivery notes, and related documentation
Maintain and update equipment inventory and availability records
Schedule equipment delivery, collection, and maintenance
Communicate with site teams, suppliers, and workshop staff
Prepare daily/weekly reports on equipment usage
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in equipment rental or construction coordination
Strong knowledge of construction machinery and tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to join immediately (preferred)
Location: Bahrain
Salary: Based on experience
