We are looking for an experienced Indian cook capable of preparing 2,000 to 3,000 meals per day for our large-scale kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Must have experience in large-volume cooking (2,000–3,000 meals/day).
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and bulk food preparation.
Ability to manage kitchen helpers and coordinate meal timings.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight schedules.
