Key Responsibilities:
• Respond a customer calls, and messages promptly.
• Assist customers with queries, complaints and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Confident, energetic, and motivated.
• Good communication skills (English, Arabic)
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
• Friendly, patient and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Ready for immediate joining
Salary & Benefits:
• Basic salary 400 BD – 450 BD (Depends upon Experience)
• Working hours: 8 hours/day
