Pre-sales Engineer – We are currently seeking a talented Pre-sales Engineer to join our team.
– As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to support business development activities by providing technical expertise in audiovisual (AV) systems design and integration.
– Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.
– Lead discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
– Assist with tender submissions and define the BOQ relevant to the requirements.
– Design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements and align with our company’s and product capabilities.
– Prepare and present technical proposals and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
– Work with the product team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet customer requirements.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
– Provide technical support to clients during the installation and post-sales process.
– Provide product training to both End-Users and channel partners.
– Keep up to date with the latest AV technology and trends in the industry.
– Regular customer/partner visits.
