We General Contracting Company is Looking for Indian /Pakistani Nationality permanent Project Coordinator for local transfer to join our team immediately in our Dammam office The Candidate must be experienced 3-5 years in the field of Oil & Gas Industry or Civil Construction.

A Project Coordinator ensures the project runs smoothly by handling documentation, communication, planning support, follow-ups, and helping the Operations Manager & Business Development team in day-to-day project activities.

The candidate should have the ability to control the workers and recruit for Onshore Oil & Gas Pipeline Projects/ Offshore and Onshore Rig Operations.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements.

Help in resource planning (manpower & equipment).

Act as a communication bridge between management, clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Arrange Safety Orientation Online meetings, prepare agendas, and share minutes of meeting (MOM).

Update project schedule using MS Excel, MS Project, or Primavera (if required).

Monitor site progress and highlight delays, risks, or issues.

Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily updates

Ensure project activities follow company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Communicate with client representatives regarding project progress and pending approvals.

Coordinate with subcontractors for work progress, manpower allocation, and documentation.

Support in preparing invoices, timesheets, and cost tracking.

Keep track of project expenses and maintain records.

Assist in preparing variation orders and change requests if required.
