About the Role
We are hiring ATM Maintenance Technicians (First Line) to support our nationwide network of banking clients.
This position focuses on non-cash-related maintenance — keeping ATMs operational, connected, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform basic ATM maintenance and troubleshooting.
– Fix card jams, printer issues, and communication faults.
– Replace receipt rolls and perform software restarts when required.
– Conduct regular site inspections and preventive visits.
– Report faults and coordinate with the Cash Solutions operations team.
Requirements
– Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or Computer Engineering.
– Experience in ATM First Line Maintenance (NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, GRG, etc.).
– Good understanding of Windows-based systems and basic networking.
– Valid transferable Iqama.
– No handling of cash or dispenser modules (as per Saudi regulations).
