We are seeking part-time technicians/engineers to support the following systems. All materials, cabling, and devices are already installed—only final technical works, programming, and commissioning are required.

1. Fire Alarm Technician – Edward Brand System

Scope of Work:

Add Loop 6 to the existing Fire Alarm System (Loops 1–5 are already active and normal).

Perform full programming, testing, and commissioning for the added loop.

All devices and cabling are already ready on site.

Technician must bring own laptop and Edward Brand FA programming software.

Ensure system returns to normal operation after integration.

2. Access Control Technician – Suprema System

Scope of Work:

Perform termination and proper arrangement of devices in the control box.

Complete configuration of devices, including the main panel and door controllers.

Add users, set permissions, conduct testing and commissioning.

Provide brief training to the client/end-user.

All materials are installed with cabling complete; only final termination and system configuration are needed.

3. BMS Technician – Trane System

Scope of Work:

Must be able to read SLD (Single Line Diagrams).

Perform device termination, support troubleshooting, and assist the TRANE programmer/engineer.

Support in bringing the BMS system to full operational status.
