Assist in preparing basic Arabic dishes (grills, mezze, rice items, salads).
Handle chopping, cutting, marination, and daily mise-en-place.
Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs to maintain authentic Arabic flavors.
Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO).
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Assist in live stations and buffet setup as required.
Support Commis I/II, DCDP, and CDP during service operations.
