Prepare and cook continental dishes with high quality and consistency.
Supervise and guide Commis I/II/III during daily operations.
Ensure proper mise-en-place, portioning, and plating standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen section at all times.
Monitor ingredient quality, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO).
Coordinate with the Chef de Partie for menu planning and daily production.
Ensure adherence to HACCP, food safety, and kitchen SOPs.
Report maintenance issues and ensure equipment is used safely.
Reduce wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
Must have solid experience in continental cuisine preparation, techniques, and section management.
