Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Present products/services to customers and clearly communicate the value proposition.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and interactions using CRM tools.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Valid driver’s license (if required).
